Hi, i wanted to know which one would be better out of the mat2 xbox version vs the mat 2 playstation version when i t comes to mortal kombat 2 ? Also wanted to know on the shaolin monks mk 2 xbox version i cant seem to unlock mk 2 when i use the cheat code..Is there a special way of doing this ?
here are instructions below that i found but somehow its not working -
Unlock Classic MKII ... Hold WHITE and input BLUE, UP, DOWN, RIGHT, LEFT, BLACK, BLUE. Release WHITE to finalize the code.

I'm not sure if its applicable on xbox but i have SM on PS2 and apparently you cannot unlock MK2 if you have the PAL version of the game. So maybe it has something to do with that. If that is the case I'm really sorry to have been the bearer of bad news...I was also really upset about this.

no you can get it on xbox because i have it and that is the right code gbp007 because i used it. just do it a couple times, it should work eventually

No mattter how many times i try to unlock mk 2, it just wont do it...When they refer to up and down l, r ,which of the 3 do i use , the 2 little mini joysticks on the controller or the round navigational button that is located to the right of the 2 black buttons ?

I also need to find a website that shows how to do the fatalities for the xbox version of mk 2 on shaolin monks..maybe somebody could point me in the right direction

If i'm not mistaken the MK2 on SM is the arcade version, so the easiest thing to do would just be to work out what high kick, low kick, high punch, low punch and block is on the controller and then you could check out the moves list right here on TMK... that should work, I think. If you are not sure where to find it, its under mortal kombat games-character moves...hope this helps.
Oh and let me just tell you before anyone else gets on you bout it...try not to double post it can get you into a bit of trouble...rather use your edit button and add your additional text into your last post.

well the websites i use says the MK2 cheat has to be in the main menu, hold the white button for the whole code, then BLUE, UP, DOWN, RIGHT, LEFT, BLACK, BLUE, then release white.
up, down, left, right on directional pad (the circle with the plus sign) lol

I finally was able to unlock the mk 2 on my xbox but when i turned off my xbox and then turned it on ,i then had to enter the code again to unlock it which i was able to do..Is there a way i could save it so mk 2 will always be unlocked ?
