Coooool!!! Love them!
Just one teeny tiny thing... 
Why is half of Sub-Zero's chest blue? I mean, I know WHY, but it's not obvious it's the costume... Eh, never mind, you did a very good job!
Also, if you want. you could make a masked Sub-Zero, I would really like to see what that would look like...

SubZero : I like'em all except for the last one, too dead for me.
Scorpion : Every single one of them is GREAT, I like the last one best!
Reptile : I don't like the last three, but the first three are very nice.
Smoke : All of them are VERY COOL! Love them! Especially the all black one and the 5th one.
Rain : Only the last one is kinda 'dead', but the others are very good.
Kitana : The second doesn't look like Kitana cause of the blond hair, and the fourth cause she's... well, black! 
The others pretty nice.
Mileena : All of them are very cool, just the fourth one has blond hair, it doesn't really suit her...
Jade : Hehehe, now THIS is what I like! They actually look like the Pussycat Dolls with those outfits and hair colors!
Liu Kang : All of them are GREAT, as the first one, but only the cyan color doesn't really suit him.
Johhny Cage : All of them are very well done!!
Kai : He is pretty good, just I don't know why you make one dead looking color palette for every character?
It doesn't really suit anybody except Kira...
Kira : Yes, every single one is great here, even the dead looking one! Honestly!
Great, I love what you made out of them! Keep up the good work!

wells i like to have a large variety of palletes cuz its just cool in my opinion seeing all the mk characters with different hair colors and skin tones but jea i put some fruity colors like some characters got bright colors and i really like sub-zero 2nd palette alot reminds me of his mk deadly alliance costume lol

Oh well, it kinda does, cause he's gray haired in DA, right? Can't really remember...
But what you should do now, is try to do, let's say, Raiden or Classic SubZero, or Baraka... Somebody from the earlier MK-s, I would really want to see that!...If you get the time, of course.

i plan on making classic sub-zero have a samurai look like somewhere close to mitsurugi but with the sub-zero style

ALLL RIGHT!!! WOW, now THIS is what I was waiting for! Very nice!!!
The Female Ninjas are all GREAT, especially Jane and Khameleon!
And I WORSHIP the male ninjas, SubZero, Reptile, Smoke, Ermac and Tremor look fantastic!
Noob Saibot should just have light blue eyes, not green, but all in all, he's great!
Scorpion is regular, not great, but very good indeed.
Rain is also very good...
But I don't know who the one before Tremor should be... Is that Chameleon?
