I saw many MK related flash videos mostly on Newgrounds, and most of them had a joke with a move called "Sexality"... This is obviously a prank, and I wanted to know who thought of it, and more importantly, how did they make it sound like it was pronounced by Shao Kahn himself?

I think its actually in one of the ports for mk3 man maybe ultimate. You have to be sub-zero and sonya on the bank stage and win with uppercuts and then do a combination but fucked if I can remember this is years ago I heard of it. I think it involves sonya in a bikini or something.

Yeah thats what I was thinkin Seth.
I mean Sektor is the only word in which Shao Kahn even uses the word Sek which if edited korrectly kan sound like sex.
