I think MK9 will have something to do with the Elder Gods man.
Think about it:
Attack of the Dogs, Dog spelt backwords= God.
Attack of the Gods??
Attack of the nuns: Nuns have something to do with God.
Maybe im wrong but Ed Boon always does this spelled backwards stuff even his twitter is noobde I think.

Noob Saibot= Tobias Boon= John Tobias and Ed Boon
The nuns and the "dogs" spelled backwards could have something to do with a kind of brutal female god. There was talk of "imbalancing the furies" or something like that in MK2. According to Greek and Roman mythology, furies are godesses that represent the anger and hatred of the dead. Characters based on such a brutal mythos should fit brutally and nicely into an MK game.

You mentioned stuff spelled backwards, so I thought I would bring the Noob Saibot thing up. It's pretty common knowledge among fans of the game.
I wonder if the stages and backgrounds are going to contain brutal scenery? Like, for instance, being able to fight in a torture chamber where characters in the background are being mutilated.

I just hope they have a darker more serious tone and go back to the oriental style of MK1+2. If they do that I'll be happy lol

The name? As in Attack Of The Dogs? No, dude, we just reckon it's a clue towards what will be going on in the game.
This is the news news we've been waiting for, folks. Bring back the violence that we all love from the old days. Though "shocking" is an odd word to some it up with. A game franchise that has been followed by tons of controversy for the best part of two decades would really have to pull out all the damn stops if they want to truly "shock" the fans.
