Same here, I actually got that one on my iPod along wiht some others.
However, my favorite is Ermac's hara kiri. He seems determined to kill himself. I'm sitting there cheering him on. "Go Ermac! WOOOO!"

Dairou's hara kiri was great in the beginning, but after watching five Saw movies, it got boring.
