I saw a trailler where the joker did something to turn batman old and robin into a dog. the joker looks like a normal man. Batman runs away from the Joker while getting chased by his henchman with a stick.
batman calls the joker a shithouse and a raver.

the video you linked is obviously someone taking a TV news interview and --!#$@-- it into an old school Batman style episode.
also, I'm pretty sure there are no alternate costumes in MK vs DCU, and unless we get downloadable content, there probably won't ever be.
