I know sub-zero is considerd there most popular but who else was considerd top fighters in the lin kuei also was scorpian a lin kuei member before he became undead????

No man Scorpion was part pf the Shirai Ryu, the Lin Kuei's enemy.
Although the founders of Shirai Ryu were once Lin Kuei that decided to teach the art to other nationalities.
Now for other masters from the Lin Kuei:
Original Sub-Zero (Now Noob Saibot)
Sub-Zero and Noob Saibot's father (Also bared the name Sub-Zero)
Sektor
Cyrax
Smoke
There is also a member in the Defenders of the Realm cartoon who could transform into animals although I forget his name and it is unclear if he was a canon character or not.

I could imagine Sektor being one of the most efficient fighters in the Lin Kuei. Especially considering he is a completely ruthless bastard. Of couse Sub-Zero would more than likely be the most feared, as he is now the grandmaster.

What about smoke was he lin kuei trained???? Or was he kinda like working for them here and there???
Also other then ice do they specialize in any type of supernatural powers and elements????

Yes Smoke was a Lin Kuei warrior.
When he was human he was friends with Sub-Zero.
When the Lin Kuei started turning their warriors into Cyborgs Smoke was captured but Sub-Zero escaped. Smoke is no longer the warrior Sub-Zero knew.
About the powers and abilities:
It depends on the individual. As iv stated in the Defenders of The Realm cartoon a Lin Kuei warrior could transform into animals. So id say there are other (or were others) Lin Kuei warriors with other abilities.
And there is a possibility that Frost is related to Sub-Zero as iv heard that Sub-Zero's bloodline is of Outworld decent but his family was raised in Earthrealm.

Thank you razer I didnt know they could turn in to animal.
Lin kuei is my fav faction due to the mysteries nature of it and also shang tsung in the conquest mentioned that some lin kuei fighters who are talented get to go on more deadlier arts. Thus ice or studying it is one of them but then again sub-zero is a cryomencer or something like that and I know smoke has different type of powers and in conquest when the grandmaster tried to kill sub-zero for disobeying him he tried to get in to his hadoken/kamemha pose but then sub-zero froze him to pieces so I never got the chance to see what type of power he was going to shoot at sub-zero

Although you should know that the Conquest TV Series isn't Canon. Meaning some shit ain't true in it. But its bound to be true in some places.
Its the MK Universe so of course some of that shit could be true lol.
