It happened in MK Annihilation (the second movie), at the end when Ermac was kicking Sonya's ass. He summoned a black ninja out of his chest. I don't think it was officially meant to be Noob Saibot but that's what people think as it's a black ninja.
Either way, the movies fucked with the story so much I would be surprised if they actually did intend it to be Noob Saibot.

I really don't remember that scene. But then again, I haven't watched that movie since I gave up the booze. I used to watch it when I was drunk as hell, because it was just too shit to try and sit through it sober

Yeah but Warner Bros. do not own the writes to make a MK movie/TV show. The guy who made the first two films does. Which is very disheartening and worrying.

If I am correct, when this guy tried to sue, he lost.
He didn't own the rights to the characters, and therefore could not use them in any movie. With that, his owning the movie and television rights were rendered void.
Besides, I'm sure WB would pay a king's ransom to get those rights, anyway.

Yeah, he lost the law suit, but I'm pretty sure he still retains the rights for MK film and TV.
Either way, back on topic, I'm just wondering about the other ninja, I mean Scorpion is supposed to be Japanese, but he's white and 6'2" tall. Sub-Zero is mean to be Chinese but he's more white American and tall like Scorpion. Cyrax is also Chinese but is as black as Jax. I'm not sure what the other cyborgs are, but the other human ninja are all Outworlders, so that's kind of acceptable.

Well, Cyrax wasn't born in China, so that may be a plausible reason for his complection.
No one has ever officially seen Scorpion's face, so we don't know for sure whether or not he looks white.
Sub-Zero looks better as a Caucasian-American, so I'm sticking with that.

I'm pretty sure that's true, as it is in our world, with many Asian clans, organizations.
Still, if Kai, who was born in Kenya and grew up in Asia, has done it, then maybe Cyrax did it too. I dunno, really. But it's MK we're talking about. The whole storyline's flawed.
