So, back to being half way off topic, I'd rather have Mokap return as MK9's protagonist than see Liu Kang's rotten face in another game.

I have to admit thats one thing ill miss. Liu Kang's spaz quotes are legendary.
Mokap............nah Id rather have bad-ass Kung Lao as the MK Champ than him. But I kinda want a strong female hero somewhere. A pure warrior. Doesn't kare for her appearance. So a tom-boyish bad-ass female warrior willing to lose a few pints of blood to fight the good fight. A female MK Champ could be good for the series. Its a fresh idea and would give the series alot more female fans. And I want more female MK fans man!
Now an appearance from Liu Kang's younger brother (Not the movie one, the actrual brother mentioned in the official MK1 Komic) would be a nice way to at least have a Kang member in the game. But to make him the MK Champ would be dissapointing. He should be a younger, less-experienced, less-skilled, have a little bit of arrogance and tends not to listen to Raiden's advice. He could even be persuaded to join the "Dark Side" of the MK Universe. Now that would be a kool twist!
