Ah. Sweet! I like it. Btw, what page number in this forum is the Johnny cage fatality you made? And also, please make any of my Kitana, Mileena, and Jade fatalities. 
Oh I have a nother idea for Jade. This is if you have a sprite for her to hold up a staff.
First, use the sprite where she or Kitana would knee the crotch of the opponent, making him bend down like he was hit from Johnny Cage's Nut Punch. Next, make Jade uppercut the head while the enemy is bending down in pain, decapitating him. Then, the head flies up to the air and as it lands, Jade pulls out her staff and sticks it up for the head to get impaled like a Shish Kabob. For holding the staff, you can probably use the sprite of Kitana's fan throw.

Hehe, good job with the Smoke one. Razer should be proud. Kinda reminds me of the Classic Sub-Zero fatality in UMK3, where you don't see what happens to the victim.

And second, I might do some of your ideas, but I see just one flaw (unfortunately).
I tend to make things more simple, cause then it would look more like a real fatality. The Jade one you recommended is just a little complicated, but it's still a nice idea.

I am like this. 
Get it? 
For Mileena, I think she should do this. First, Mileena does her original Sai Stab Fatality but this time a little longer than usual. So I suggest you make the sprite repeat itself 2-3 times. Then, she does a roundhouse kick, which makes the upper torso rip off the lower torso. As that happens, the lower torso falls to the ground, while the upper torso flies away due to the impact of the kick. 
For Jade or Kitana, I'm still sticking with the idea of multiple fans being thrown at the opponent's mid-section from the head to between the legs, making the body be sliced vertically in half. I hope you can do those.

The problem is, it's all OK to do, but my primary task here is to make it look like it was from the original game.
And take it slowly, there's time.

That's weird, that's the first one I made. I think I had some serious involvement by you guys... It could've been just Razer and Seth then.

The ideas goes:
Shao Kahn points at the victim, says "Bow To Me!", then the victim falls on it's knees, Shao Kahn takes the hammer and smashes the head.
That looked and sounded great in my head.
In Flash, I realized I needed a lot of improvising and editing of the sprites. I did all of that and it looked like crap.
I deleted it and now I'm on square one. 
......Yeah.
