Maybe you should just abandon the whole "Bow to me" thing.
Seems a bit cliche. But anyhoo, how about you try this:
Shao Kahn: Shao Kahn kicks the victim, and he/she flies back and lands hard on the floor (maybe the victim could fly far enough so that Shao Kahn is out of range). Teleporting to the victim, Shao Kahn takes out his hammer and sledges the body in half (or into pieces, your pick).
How's that?

Hmmmm...So we need ideas for Shao Kahn eh?
Shao Kahn: Have him use his uppercut sprite to knock the victim's upper half off, but while it's in midair, have him use his rising knee move to knee the upper body to make it explode into giblets.

Pretty good! I also have one for Shao Kahn.
Shao Kahn- For the one who will make the fatality, use his sprite where he kicks the opponent and have the upper torso explode into pieces with the bones and guts all over OR have him simply kick the opponent in half. You can also make him taunt in the beginning first.

My pleasure. I always like making up these ideas even though they do take a while to think about.
 ....... How about:
Shao Kahn- First, he taunts at his opponent. Next, he uppercuts the enemy high up in the air. Then, he does his Charging Tackle in the upwards direction towards the opponent. At the end, the victim explodes into pieces in the air from the tackle. Blood, guts, bones, and the head rain down from the sky.

But as I see it, the most ideas we have start with "He/She uppercuts the victim off the screen then..."
There's already Kintaro's with the uppercut and Baraka. I feel this is becoming a little repetitive...
But seeing that it's the best idea we have, I guess it'll have to do...
See ya in a few days when/if I do it... I'm seriously busy...

Glad you liked my Smoke and Kintaro Fatalities man.
Maybe a body bounch like in Cage's torso rip fatality would work even better with the shake in Kintaro's : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nHBpxSNd7mg (watch the body hit the ground).
In smoke's maybe a little camera shake when you hear the ripping sfx would help. I know we use the shake a lot but it adds so much emphasis.
Nasty Freak.......Im just gonna say it your Fatality ideas are way too komplicated to look like an MK II fatality. Think there was only so much they kould do then and there is only so much we kan do now due to sprites and shit. So try and make ideas with the sprites available. Keep it up.

I's gots me a new idea for Shao Kahn!
Shao Kahn: Shao Kahn speed runs through the victim, setting him/her on fire. He then shoots out one of his green fireballs to explode the victim.
How's that?
