Good idea but dunno if the physocs of MK II would make it possible.

How about re-kreate the babality fatalities?
"You weak pathetic fool" BOOM Babality, kahn elevates the baby then boots it off screen. Sick but Shao Kahns a hard one unless you just stick with the simple route.
If we kan't think of ideas for him then just do it plain and simple.
Kahn hammers the opponents head when they are standing (use Jax'x opponent's sprites for his Head smash fatality) and then have then drop to their knees and then the ground....old school style.
Just noticed something...wladodragovic thought of the Baraka Fatality. We both had the same Reptile Fatality idea. Cage, Kintaro and Smoke all had my ideas used. Ill be getting most of the kredit if you guys don't start thinking.....HARD! lmao! ^-^

That's pretty cool, but it might be used for somebody else.
If you've played with Shao Kahn, you'll remember he ain't really fast.

The Shao Kahn is easier but you kould make him say bow to me after their head gets smasehed then make em fall to their knees (bow lol) and fall flat on theior faces.

That should give you a rough idea of how to set your ideas up man. Think of ways that the spirtes kan be used y'no.

lol Yeah it is totally sick but seeing him show no mercy to a baby and booting him off the screen would be funny. But it doesn't exactly fit the mood. 
I loved Seth's Sub-Zero frozen doll fatality idea.

Here are ideas based on the sprites I saw:
Jade: First, she kisses her opponent at the cheek (using the kissing sprite). Next, she uppercuts the head off making it go up the sky (using the uppercut sprite). Then, as the head falls down from the air, Jade catches it with her hand (use the high punch or low punch sprite and place the head there as if it was really cought while blood drips down) OR Jade can kick the head to the side of the screen as it falls down (using the high kick sprite and making the head go to the side).
Mileena: She stabs the opponent at the gut with her sai (use her sai stab sprite) first. Next, she uppercuts the head off (use the uppercut sprite) making it go up the air. Then as the head falls down, Mileena catches it and holds it in place. (Use the low punch or high punch sprite and have the head be held in place with it. while blood drips out of it.)
