No, it's nothing like that. I feel like the sounds don't give the right atmosphere or something...
Anyways, let's set that aside and let me ask you what fatality do you want next to be done?
Read the previous posts from Sethiroph and Razer, and let me know if you feel any one of those is ready for the making.
I myself feel that the Johnny Cage's Leg Decapitation is good enough.

I know where your koming from man. I feel the same theres just something missing.  Maybe the voice sound effect from Baraka's Decap fatality used after the voice used here. Maybe use Jax's "gotcha!" grap to make it look like hes trying to grab something.....nah scrap that.
Maybe an "Awwwah" sound effect from the Dead Pool fatality. lol and if your desperate put the little skeleton floating to the top of the pool lol
Seriously though the "awwah" and the other death scream kould make it man. Thats all I got for now.

Wow, I've never seen that fatality until now.
Anyhoo, yeah, skeleton would be nice, but try to have it positioned right, not all topsy turvy, like when folks got set on fire in MK3.
