This is true. It isn't a fake fatality. To do Shang Tsung's Kintaro Fatality you gotta hold LP for 30 secs (or from the start of the final round) then let it go at sweep distance.
Reptile fatality (2) was the best dude. Stick with it that other idea didn't work out too well.
What about the second suggestion? You feel like that intrudes on the original fatality also?

Cage looks pretty kool. Simple but effective.
Now for Subs.
Maybe freeze the opponent like part 1 of his first fatality.
Then use the second fatality in the same spot as you would uppercut.
Make the ice grenade hit them right in the face kausing their head to explode. (The Face Exploder)
OR
Maybe Subby goes for an uppercut (pausing to emphasis build up). Uppercuts opponent (screen follows a little) Subs then uses his Ice Grenade to hit opponent as they fall hitting them in mid-air with a screen shake to add that little bit of Brutality.

I'll still think about it a lot, and I'm also too lazy to start working on it soon. So post your ideas if you still have any, and I'll post as soon as I do it...

Oh, I just thought of a new one! 
Using the sprites from MKWarehouse, you kould use the Sub-Zero sprites that use Scorpion's special moves.
Okay, here's the idea. Sub-Zero takes out the Sub-Zero doll, then throws it at the opponent, a la Scorpion's Spear move. The doll should pretty much be superimposed over the spear sprite. With the doll sticking head first in the victim, Sub-Zero sends an iceball along the rope, through the doll into the opponent freezing them. once they're frozen, he starts to tug on the rope, eventually pulling out the doll, causing the victim's upper half to explode.
Let's see if this works.

Hehe, well after seeing that MKWarehouse had sprites of the ninjas using the other ninjas' moves, that idea kame to mind. Let's just see if razer approves.
