They should've taken more time to make the game.
I mean, that's their problem. They don't take enough time.
Soul Calibur has three-years periods between each game, and the games are awesome. The only time there wasn't a three-year period was with SC3, and that game sucked, compared to the previous ones.
The only time the MKTeam actually took some time to make a game was with MKDA, in which there was a five-year period between it and MK4, and a three-year period between it and MKGold. And the game turned out great.
With all there other games, there were obvious flaws that could have been easily avoided, if they just took more time.

Yeah, it would be good if the movie story actually relates to the game very closely. We don't want any Uwe Boll crap fucking up Mortal Kombat.

Well, actually, Warner Bros. has nothing to do with the creative department.
That's what the MKTeam is for. As you know, when WB bought Midway, they terminated the company and all of its assets, except for Mortal Kombat. So the people who worked on the game before, still do it today.
WB pretty much just supplies the money, which is so far the only good thing that has come out of the Midway buy out.
One thing I'd like to see in MK9: Better looking hair.

I watched a video on Youtube. Strange. She morphed into smoke, which morphed into a giant black dragon. Weird!

Well, at least Bayonetta can kick a ton of ass. It might be funny to see her guest star in the next MK. Kratos from GoW appeared in Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny, soooooo yeah. Maybe?
