I wouldn't.
All the nudity would take away from the fighting and gore. All that people would want to see are big, bouncy boobs.

Actually, it isn't really hentai. Nudity is used more for ecchi, instead of straight up porn. Besides, it's the violence that really takes the cake. If you see clips of it on Youtube, you would see how the violence kould probably be used for a Mortal Kombat anime.

I am totally against seeing sex in Mortal Kombat it would kompletely ruin the franchise for me. A bit of tit is ok but no fuckin Taimanin Asagi shit! (Check that out dudes lol)
As for the violence im all for it. Elfen I havn't seen much of but what I saw was good. Afro Samurai, Basilisk, Fist of the North Star (old series), BAOH and Shigurai: Death Frenzy are all good example of violence done well in anime.

Towards razer, I would agree. Mortal Kombat is about violence, not sex. Sexiness is okay, but not the main focus.
As for MK Did You Know?, did you know that TOASTY made a small kameo in Deception's Koquest mode? When Shujinko is trying to guess a clan's password, he says toasty.
