lol what a random guiness world record indeed, but still pretty awesome. I was wondering if Ed Boon still did the voice of Scorpion for all the games, looks like I got my answer.
Funniest part of the interview was when Boon was asked about friendships and babalities, he turns and takes a sip of his drink. I don't think we'll actually see any of those since in another video Boon stated they wouldn't be in the game as they were trying for a much more series tone with MK9. It'd be nice if each character had 2 fatalities each to compensate for that though.

Was konfirmed by Boon that they will have at least 2 Fatalities each. Plus DLC Fatalities as well as kharacters, arenas and kostumes. ^-^

If they really want to keep fans coming to this game, they should make the DLC free. If not, then make the cost very low. And it should be for stuff that isn't locked away on the disc.

I agree I hate that "money grabbing" DLC scam some gaming kompanies are pulling off.

If they're gonna make us pay for something that was on the disc all along, then why not just keep it unlocked and have it part of the main price of the game?

Well, remember: just because there's a DLC box, doesn't mean that all that content is already on the disc. It's probably just a placeholder so the don't have to redesign the Character select screen every time they introduce someone new.

I'm all for DLC, it can partially extend the life of the game. It would be nice if it was free though.

Well, from what I know, it CAN be free so long as there are no achievements tied into it. If there are achievements, even if it would have been free, microsoft will make it cost soemthing.
However, I HAVE seen games with MASSIVE character DLC and since there are no achievements tied into it, the downloads are free.
It was for Dragon Ball Z Raging blast. Holey smokes... basically anyone who's ever BEEN in an episode of the show, or movies, was available.
Yes achievements are nice to get... but I don't feel like BUYING them.
