Seriously ,this looks quite awesome and looks to have the appeal to put MK back on top of things.
I have 2 main things to say in regards to this.
1: I love traditional MK games, though sometimes, i always ended up doing soemthing different instead of a fatality, maybe a cool grab or save a special move until they were at the dizzy point for a cool finish. With these bonebreaker moves, heck, they can be replacements for brutalities in my mind. Imagine going a whole match and then "finish him/her" then a bonebreaker gets pulled out. Totally brutality and believably fatal.
2: I hope this gets Netherrelm studios into a nice powerful groove and that, one day, we get another Shaolin Monks kind of game. I Loved it, especially the whole co-op aspect to it, I just felt that the playable storyline characters were limited (unless you used a hacking device).

I don't think I have been this excited about a MK game since the second game. As well it seems like a lot of people are feeling the same way. I think a lot of it has to do with the return to the 2D fighting style. personally I have never really liked the 3D for fighting games unless they are a brawler or Soul Caliber.

Alternatives to the fatality, while still being violent, would be cool. Brutalities would be great, so long as they don't require an 11-14 button combo.
