Mileena- She should stab herself at the chest with her own sai.
Kitana- Throws her fans up in the air and looks up. Then, the fans fall and impale her face, making her scream and fall to the ground.
Stryker- Shoots himself at the head.
Jade- Throws her razorang and it comes back impaling her head.
Kung Lao- He tosses his hat and it comes back decapitating him.
Scorpion- Impales himself with his sword.
Sonya- Breaks her own neck with her hands.
Sektor- Shoots several rockets in the air and they come back to blow him up.
Raiden- Shocks himself until he explodes.
Cage- Punches himself at the nuts and falls to the ground while coughing out blood.
Jax- He uses his hands to smash his own head.
Subby- He makes a Kori Blade and impales himself with it. Then, he freezes and falls to the ground. He shatters at the end.
Kano- Rips out his own heart.
Liu Kang- Burns himself up somehow.
Sindel- The same thing she does in MKD. (When she jumps up in the air and falls to the ground breaking her neck.)
Shao Kahn- He smashes his own head with his hammer.
Nightwolf- The thing same thing as my Kitana idea but this time with one Tomahawk.

Sektor and Cyrax - This one could be for either one for either one of them they press a few buttons on there utilities and then they self destruct.
Jade - She stabs her spear into the ground and then does a flit onto it impaling herself to death. ( I forgot the name of her spear thingy )
Kitana - She uses her steel fan to slit her own throat and she bleeds to death it ups the gore factor and if it was decapatation it would be to obvious so the throat slit seems better.
Scorpion - Uses the get over here ! move through his own head.
These are just a few ideas which I think would be quite good
