Post subject: I need help in Konquest with Shujinku's training |

Hello,
I'm new to the MK games and I'm having that hardest time getting Shujinku to do the combo stuff at Bo Rai Cho's training in Earthrealm (I'm at the fancy court-yard place). I'm trying to get him to do the 'Poor Soul' combo, but the damn thing won't link my moves together into the actual combo... I just keep hitting square, triangle, circle, L1 as fast as I can and nothing happens. What do I need to do?
I was also wondering how you actually access a costume change? I got scorpion's new one but I can't find an option anywhere on the menu that will let me change it.

Hi there,
Since I've been playing the Konquest Mode of Mortal Kombat Deception recently I figured I'd address this. Mind you I play it on the XBox but it should play out the same. For the combos, press the combination out even before Shujinko performs the moves. Also, sometimes the combos won't work if your opponent is up against the edge of the arena. Other combos which involve knocking your opponent into the air, then hitting them before they fall, have to be timed just right so all of the moves in the combo hit.
As for the costume change, I'm pretty sure you just select the character by hitting the start button and it automatically changes it to the alternative costume.
