As far as I know there are 4 real trailers. The first one was the Scorpion Kata. The Quan chi vs scorpion in the acid bath, then the cinema trailer with a fight between Scorpion and Quan chi in the Kutan palace, then the newest one is the intro movie for the game with Shang tsung and Quan chi killing Liu kang. I have yet to see that one.
All the other trailers just had flashes of game play footage.
The one on your site came out a long time ago. I think they have it at gamespot.
