Oh man, for me, it's a toss-up between Scorpion and Sub-Zero. I've seen two awesome fatalities from Sub-Zero, but the one from Scorpion is also cool. Can't really choose at the moment.

I wonder if there gunna keep that one fatality of sub zeros were he pulls the guys spine out through there stomach, cause ive seen three sub zero fatalitys and both of scorpions fully, from mk2011 there proby gunna take one of sub zeros out.

They all look great so far, and I'm digging what I've seen of Ermac's latest incaration too. However, I reckon the best piece of work I've seen so far has to be the pic that Raydonraidenmk posted of Reptile's classic costume. That shot took me right back to the 90's- Hanging out in arcades, swapping MKII stickers, and sneaking the Snes and the portable TV out to the shed to play MK in the middle of the summer when my mother would tell my the weather was too good for a young boy to be sitting in playing video games.

Hah, Reptile wasn't even included in the poll option. Then again probably no one would vote for him with the look we've seen so far.  I'm a little disappointed that Ermac seems to basically have his MKD/MKAR look with minor modifications, I would have preferred to see an altogether new design for him. Maybe his second costume will provide that.
I really can't decide at the moment which ninja has the coolest looks so far. I've always preferred Scorpion over Sub-Zero, but the latter has a pretty awesome look in this game. I think I'd still vote Scorpion of the 3 options listed in the poll, though.

I actuly like the way reptile looks the way he did at the e3 showing. Hes still in his ninja outfit but in his zitaren form, i dont remember how to spelll that, but the realm hes from anyway.
Oh and sence the cyborgs were original called cyborg ninjas, theres also sektor and cyrax if you want to count them

Cyrax doesn't stand a chance here, if you ask me. He looks like a skinny version of Bumblebee. Somebody give that robot a cheesebuger... and quick! Very bad design for him.

His look isn't so bad as his posture and his fighting style, which seems more like wrestling than martial arts. Also I'd like to see his human form back from MKII/UMK3 as an alternate costume.

I've noticed that myself too. Kinda takes away from the mysterious side of him, in my oppinion. He looks like he plays more similar to Hsu Hao than Reptile.
