So I recently discovered that there was a patched and later release of Mortal Kombat Gold for the Sega Dreamcast. The main external difference is that the game disc is tinted red and there's a green "Hot! New!" logo on the instruction manual. As for gameplay, apparently the VMU actually works with this version and saves all of the unlocked endings. Additionally this version has corrected a lot of the glitches the first release suffered from (freezing, glitching character models, etc.)
I was just wondering if anyone here has this version of the game and can tell me what I can expect the gameplay to be like and to confirm if you can save your progress on the VMU in this version.
