Well, I pre-ordered mine from GAME and on the website, the steelbook is not included in the picture or information on the site, but there are images with it. It is £20 cheaper online which makes me think that in-store it will have the steelbook included. But I'm not 100% sure. Boon has not said anything about it which makes me think its still included.
Another thing is that Boon posted this last week - http://twitpic.com/4eq4k2
Not sure if it was an early Aprils fools or what.
