i found the story mode intro to mk9 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-NsnAFZxgKE it takes place after armageddon thats all im gonna say i dont wan't to ruin the intro,go check it out.

I was kinda thinkin that's the way they would go with the story mode intro. Afterall, what happened after Armageddon was never quite clear, considering the next game that was introduced was the MK vs. DCU catastrophe. A lot of the gaming sites like IGN and Gamespot have been saying, as far as a synopsis for the game goes, that Kahn defeated the Earth realm warriors, and the only way to defeat him is in the past. Cannot believe that this is one day away! I'll be at Blockbuster picking up my copy when it comes out!
