Okay, I'm pretty slow on the pickup here, what "new guy" are you all talking about? I haven't heard anything.

I think "totally new guy" is gonna be just that. Someone completely new who we've not seen or heard about yet. As long as he/she/it is not a pallete swap, they should be pretty cool.
