no he doesn't. Not in the MK video game storyline. Hanzo Hasashi is Scorpion, and never uses Tekeda's body. What you are talking about is unofficial and never actually happend, because Boon had absolutely nothing to do with the MK comic, TV show, movie, et.
The MK video game storyline and what is officially released by midway or Boon, is what counts.
Tekeda dies in his sleep by poison administerd by Quan Chi. Quam Chi bring's Tekeda's bones to the Lin Kuei headquarters, in order to prove Tekeda's demise to the Lin Kuei Grandmaster. This was Quan Chi's responcibility (wiping out the Shiarai Ryu and their master Tekeda), in exchange for Sub-Zero steeling the Map of Elements for him in MKM.
