I would really hope so, having that and his spear makes a deadly combo for... well some deadly combos.

Scorpion without his teleport punch is like Rayden without his "Superman" move (which better be in the game also). If they cut out the teleport punch, I'd be highly upset but I seriously, seriously doubt they did. Ed Boon and Mr. Tobias wouldn't upset the Scorpion fans across the world by doing that.

I could do without both moves, personally, and from what I've gathered, Raiden's torpedo rush isn't included (unless it has been incorporated into a throw or Fatality).
As for John Tobias, he hasn't been a Midway employee since 1999-2000 and has nothing to do with any Mortal Kombat game. He and a few other MK artists left Midway (half through the developement of MK Special Forces) and founded Studio Gigante. Their first game is Tao Feng for the X-Box.

he doesn't have it--it was replaced with the rising fire. All characters lost a bunch of moves. Hell, none of sonya's are the same! but, guys.... they DO have some special mves specifically for one fighting style, so I'm assuming a bunch of moves we haven't heard of will pop up, too.
