Post subject: Editing MK arcade roms |

Are there any rom editors for the MK arcade roms? I have seen them for the Nintendo roms, but I have not seen any for arcade roms. I want to take MK's 1-ultimate 3 to make a real Mortal Kombat Trilogy to replace that crappy computer version. I want to do things like give the bosses fatalities, put in the MK2 sound effects, and create new back grounds. Any ideas, anyone?

Sourcerersoft something editor?
I never saw any fan-made MK Arcade rom modifications... I guess it's too hard to do...
