Post subject: MK3 movie should not be a sequal, or even based on a game. |

Well, if the movie is a sequal to MKA then is going to suck.
I think they should just treat it like the other movies never happened and make it a side story.
Like a spin-off. A movie completly based on Sub-Zero and his rise to leader of Lin Kuei. Or Scorpion how he got into the Shai Ryu (sp?), and his quest for revenge and all that.
Or on Cyrax and how he got in the Lin Kuei, his transformation to robot, his dealings with Sektor leading all the way to him being turned human by Sonya or Jax. Hell, the movie could start with him on the table with Sonya and Jax about ready to change him back, and he cuts a monalog and tells his story.
Anyhow you get the point, if there is another MK movie (which I am against) I believe it should not be a sequal or based on any game (like MKDA).
Also doing it in digital animation like Final Fantasy wouldn't be too bad either. And maybe rate the dang thing R. (but it would loose money if it does that)

I like the idea.But an animated serie would be better.Each characters would have their own episodes.Stryker's episode is about his life as a riot cop,Shao Kahn's episode show where he come from,and also show him invading edenia,killing King Jerrod(Sindel's husband) and so on.The animated MK serie need to be like Spawn:dark,gory(MK is NOT for kids),vulgar and even show some nudity sometimes.
The MK movies sucks,they ruined MK IMO.Let's have an anime!And don't talk to me about MK:DOTR because it was a cheesy cartoon.

what are you talking about? none of the movies for mk were based on the game really, jsut the charecters, the writers made up the reast, that's why they all sucked

Here's a better one ignore the other two MK movies (enev though 1 was good) and just base the story totally on MKDA

MK Domination isn't the sequel to Annihalation (thank god) but it is the sequel to the first one. It will be based on MK Deadly Alliance.
And about Lui and Kitana getting down some time...
How about Kitana stripping, then the door to their room closes so we don't have to see Liu do anything?
We'd see plenty of Kitana, though...

this post was started in 2002, it has had alot of replies, most of which are from guys that do not exist anymore, or when richies were starting out. It has been on the last page for 3 years now.
In my oppinnion i did not find annihilation tasteful, and my girlfriend hated it. Just thought u should know...
