I was reading a PSM magazine a while ago and thier was a two pages artical on MK:DA. I was reading until I came across the sentence that said,
"Their will be no new rehashes of old fatalitys, no cheesy Fatalitys, Friendships, and babalitys will make a apperance." "Every character will have completly new fatalitys, Brutaler and Bloodyer than ever." Thats when my mind was filled with all these new fatalitys for characters. So thats why I posted this message, to read your thoughts and fatalitys you had in mind.
Here are my ideas:
Drahim:
Head Crack: With his huge metal battle arm, he takes it and smashes it on his opponents head. Then their skull cracks and falls out of thier mouth in peices, leaving thier head all soggy and slumpy.
Shang Tsung:
Soul Stealer: Shang Tsung charges his hand into his opponents stomache, then his eyes begin to glow green and a wicked evil smile runs across his face, then with a shock, his opponent turns green and then slumps down dead. He pulls his hand out thats all bloody with a green soul in it, then the soul seeps into his eye, and he laughs. The opponents falls over with their guts sliding out blood running from their mouth.
Quan Chi:
Dark Curse: Quan Chi eyes begin to glow, he possitions his hand in a odd way and points a stiff finger at his opponent, who then's head is torn of and their spinal cord shows hanging out. He growns as his eyes glow dark red and lifts his hands up the whole insides of his opponents body are lifted out of thier body. heart and lungs still in the chest cage. everything else drips blood and hangs. Then he watches as the left over skin on his opponent slumps down into a pile of nothing.
Sub Zero:
Frozen Insides: Sub-Zeros eyes glow dark blue and his face go's evil, he shoves his ice cold hand into his opponents mouth, and manages to push a stream of a freeze ray carefully down their throat. They opponent then stiffens out and screams, but they can't because he has his hand in thier mouth. Then they stop dead. He pulls out his hand and puts a new layer of ice on it to get rid of the spit. Then he freezes his opponent solid and smashes thier skin layer off to reveal and block off ice, in his opponents shape. Inside that ice shape was frozen body parts bleeding and turning purple. Then he smashes it, shattering some of the frozen body part, but not all.
You have some ideas?

My fatalities
Moloch
head smash:Moloch grab his opponent by the throat and slam them.He them smash his victim's head with the rock in his left hand.The victim scream before getting his/her head smashed.The scream quickly stop once the head's gone,just like Sektor's compactor.
Face rip:Moloch use his claws to rip his victim's face,then slice his/her head.He wear his victim's face.
Quan Chi
bee massacre:Quan Chi pull out his living weapon,And it spit bees.The bees sting the victim to death,with blood flying everywhere.The bees go back in the living weapon's mouth.
Friendship(if they were in MK:DA):Quan Chi pull out the living weapon,and it kiss the victim.The victim run away in disgust.The living weapon cry.
Li Mei
Sensual skin rip:Similar to Sheeva's skin rip but in a sensual way:Li Mei rip her victim's clothes(unless he/she is topless),then caress the torso.She put her hands on the chest,and rip all the skin away.
I know,its not a good fatality.But who got better ideas,than the MK team themselves?Well that's some fatalities i had in mind.Don't be mad at me if you don't like my ideas.Its not my fault if you don't like something.

Ah... I can't think of any of my own but here's the one Gamespot saw
 Sub-Zero's fatality has him reaching into the lower back of his opponent. After feeling around a bit, he then yanks out the victim's entire skeleton.

maybe scorpion could throw his spear and catch his opponent, then drag him along the ground and then start ripping him apart?

movado the ugly guy with the big hands
he punches the oponent to the ground and starts punching the oponents head into pieces after that he graps the oponent who's still alive but almost dead graps the guy with his red colored roboarms and as finising touch he gives a kick right trouch the oponents chest who starts bleeding
and movado's shoe is al a bloody mess
