Well i've seen a few bad reviews of Blaze and Mokap so Moloch also not having a fatality may also prove to be a bad point also. I still think having it optional would've been good.

It is not that everyone wants to play Moloch, it that people want more unlockables and at least someone new to play. Moloch seems to be the most probable option so everyone talks about him. I'm sure that the vast majority would rather play as Smoke, Noob Saibot, Baraka, etc ... if they were available.

Look, It's real simple. If you want to play as bosses, go pick up some copies of Mk Trilogy or Mk Gold, personally I think playing as something like Moloch would pretty much shoot any strategy out of the game.
