The Shirai Ryu would be my favorite.
You have to be born with special "magic" powers to join the Lin Kuei.
To be a part of the Shirai Ryu, you can be anyone who is strong and willing to train- with weapons, also.
The Lin Kuei is a bunch of magical warriors, while the Shirai Ryu rely on their strength and skill alone.

Both of the ninja clans are cool, but you cant forget the demon clan, a.k.a. Brothers of the Shadow. Am I the only one who likes them? Wheres The_Shadow he should vote!

I agree with you White Shadow and ScorpionRules. Noob is the only cool one from the Brothers of the Shadow. Though, I have to say that the Lin Kuei is the best clan. They have awseome magical abilities.
