Sub-Zero- MASKED!!!
Reptile- both
Kitana- both
Mileena- masked I guess
Smoke- I have no idea
Jade- she looks good in the games but I liked her in MKA too
Noob Saibot- I cannot imagine him without a mask
Ermac- I dunno, maybe he can take any form he wants if he consists of lost souls
Rain- for some reason I wouldn't like to see him unmasked

sub-zero looks good unmasked or masked
reptile looks way better masked
I don't care about kitana
Mileena needs a mask
smoke looks cool with a mask
i don't care about jade
noob saibot without a mask that would be --!#$@--
ermac is alright. Has a good name but looks like all the others

The only ones that WOULD or DO look right unmasked is Kitana and Jade. Everyone else only look right masked in my opinion. Noob Saibot without a mask? I highly doubt you'll ever see that.

I'd also have 2 add Reptile unmasked (IMO) I like the whole de-evolution thing Boon has going on...
