I'm now on the part where you have to defeat Sonya.That damn bitch is pretty hard to defeat,anyone got any tips?I'm playing the gamecube version.

I had the same problem. Pick a 3 button combo. Everytime she attacks, block and use your combo. It worked for me...
Oh, and get ready. After Sonya you have to beat Jax, Kenshi, and I think Cyrax...

well, mavado's wing chun style is good becuase you can side step and then do a massive combo...the 1,2,4,4,3 one for i believe 20-25% and you can use your escape to make the computer commit to a combo and you get out of the way...
Also in hooksword style use attack 3 (the low/high hit) and your special move to avoid her moves and counter.
Finally if she is using her Kali sticks remember to always block high, her only devastating mixup is basically 2,4,3 which ends low or 2,4,b+3 which if you block low on will tear you up. I figure its best to just eat a low hit or if you know what shes doing block the low hit than to get torn up by and PO'ed about her stupid b+3 move. (by the way 2,4,3 is only like 20% but 2,4,b+3 is over 30%)

lol, I just used that pop-up move on her over and over--and she kept falling for it! lol That was the first time. second time I actually learned combos. Combos are the key.
