Regarding Mavado using Kabal's swords:
Interesting that we've never heard of the Red Dragon until now. Could it be, based upon Kabal's ending in MK3, that the scarred, ex-Black Dragon member formed the Red Dragon himself to directly oppose the Black Dragon?
It was said that Kabal would give the criminals of the world a new reason to fear. To me that says that he never had any intention of playing by the rules, but instead exacting his own, vigilante brand of justice upon those who operate above the law.
I suspect that our friendly neighborhood Kabal is now suffering from complications due to his extensive injuries that he sustained at the hands of Shao Kahn's extermination squads. I've never seen Kabal as the type to back out of a fight, so it would seem that he's simply in no condition to battle anymore. He was in pretty haggard shape during MK3 for that matter.
Perhaps Mavado was handpicked by Kabal himself to represent the Red Dragon. Using the swords that Kabal was known for, Kano would certainly know who Mavado was exacting revenge for.

Mavado is cuz the Red Dragon hates the Black Dragon. And he wants to kill Kano so that is why he's workin for them.

I don't know how they plan on getting immortality though.
And, is it just me, or is this immortality stuff JUST made in MKDA. I don't remember Tsung ever trying to get immortality before.

Well Shang's bio says he's going to bind souls to the Runestone to attain his goal.
So a good target for souls will probably be the Well of Souls and if he killed Lui and took his soul it would be a powerful addition.

Yes she is Mileena and Goro is Kintaro and Rain is Shoa Kahn and Sudzero is Frost and Jade is Tanya and Kintaro is Rain which were formally Shoa Kahn which later turned to Subzero then whent under a sex change which now before you Eyes I give you Tanya the power of all which later got.............
