Those types of fatalities dont even belong in MK! Its supposed to be a horrific tournament (no silly shit)! Quan chi did use some magic...that green flaming skull...but yeah he needs more magicl attack's. His other special attack was lame as hell...what was it...the rising star kick or something!? I like his throw (not really a throw), where he beats you with both hands closed 4 times...that looks like it would knock ya silly!

Well the funny thing is, since Mortal Kombat 2, there weren't any Tournaments. MK 3, 4 and DA were fights of good against evil, but no tournaments. Just to mention it.

As I first saw some footage of the fatalities I couldn't believe my eyes.
Kanos guts-rip, Scorpions Spear in the head, Kung Laos hat throw.
Which pathetic mind could think of such lame fatalities, no coolness here. Plus no babalities, friendships etc. They just ignored the main character of the game and put it in a some sort of soul calibur fighting engine.
Have they forgotten that it was this stuff that turned MK into a classic.
But as a Mk fan I will buy a used copy of MK DA for the cube.
I think it could be some kind of entertaining at all. The hype feeling is gone and I know what me awaits.
Let's hope they will do it better in MK VI.

Quan Chi's fatality for MKDA was the worst I have ever seen. The idea of him pulling someone's head up to the point where they look like a giraffe is a disgrace to Mortal Kombat and to Midway. The Leg Rip and Beat was pretty funny when I saw it, but it is about time fatalities became more gruesome. Quan Chi needs a change.

I disagree. Quan Chi's fatality is probably the most painful of them all. Imagine your neck and spine stretched - through magic - far bryond its normal capacity. And...you would be alive to experience it. Then die a little later.
