I agree that there were too many characters to keep track of , some lines were bad too :
Sonya : "Leftovers are fine w/me" .... ugh 
I think Rayden was OK , he just played the part differently than Lambert , more low key than sarcastic.
They should've devoted more time for Sonyas grief over Cages death , imo.

They should've skipped the last "dragon fight" , the end was average and dissapointed compared to MK1.

I have hundreds of reasons why I thought MKA really sucked! One of the main reasons it was a really dumb movie was because (most likely) it was RUSHED!!! What tells me the movie was rushed was because the plot was non-existent, so many characters were just thrown in there for no reason, the dialogue was so weak and terrible, the acting was bad, the outfits/costumes looked like cheap clothing bought out of a halloween store, the Baraka make-up looked --!#$@--, the editing was sloppy and the stage set-ups and special effects looked so fake and corny!
I also see a sure sign the script was not proof-read b/c of the retarded storyline and the bad dialogue.
Here are other little things that tell me why they must've rushed. It's likely they were too lazy to do things such as giving Sindel the white hair she was suppost to have, hiring a black woman to play Jade, giving Sandra Hess long hair and a balck outfit, having Kitana in blue, having Mileena in purple and (worst of all) to lazy to have Shao Kahn keep his mask on!

Isnt it weird how the first MK movie is on the top 100 and the second was on the worse 100?

Dude.. im not spammming. i put my opinnion in on anialations. and it was that " they sucked" thats not spamming. spamming is if u put "i,e," or something pontless just so you can get a higher ranking. i put my opinion in!

It suycked..defintely it did..many reasons..some of them are ugly actors, (rayden, shao kahn...)) also stupid storyline, which doesnt correspond real MK storyline..and fights sucked also ..

Motaro and Sheeeva looked kinda stupid.
Too many cheesy graphics/scenes.
Different Sonya.
They didnt show what Rain and Ermac could do.
Didnt show Kabal and Stryker.
Why were there multiple Barakas/Reptiles?
Shao Kahn seems like the biggest puss out of the whole lot of characters.
Smoke isnt even 'smoking' lol
Jade is supposed to be black, not Chinese.
They made up their own storyline and didnt go with the game.
Since when are Shao Kahn and Rayden brothers?
Why does Khan take orders? Shouldnt he be giving them?
Rayden seemed more 'humanlike' than the one on the first movie.
Rayden didnt look like Rayden at all. They could have at least put that hat on him.
Sub-Zero should have been wearing a costume more like the one on MK3.
And in the movie, Sub-Zero isnt actually Sub-Zero, but his brother.
They should have made Cryax get abandoned and die in a desert, since thats how it was in the actual story.
Why is Jade dressed like an Indian when she first appears? Does she have some sort of love connection with NightWolf?
Nightwolf looked pretty cool, though.

The kahn in mka was CRAP they should have got Jeff meek, he was way better
