I don't believe this version number crap,simply because the button combination wasn't even mentioned.Besides,i have an hard time taking newbie-infested sites like mk5.org seriously.
Anyway,i think the last secret is a way to play as Moloch.There is no reason for him not to be playable.Sub-bosses have been playable since MKT.Why change it suddenly?

Yes i agree but take goro for instence he wasnt a playable character till what MK3 or 4 so maybe they'll make him a playable character in like MK7 or 8 *thats if they go to 8*

I see a couple other scenarios...
I think it could be a combination of a Playable Moloch, a new Secret Stage (Swamplands) and maybe even some ultimate code that allows you to do 1-button fatalities like in MK4.
Also I think we might get to play as Lui Kang, but in Kano's body. He'll be Kano, with the Fighting Styles Jeet Kune Do, maybe one of Kung Lao's fighting styles, and his weapon attacks.
Who knows, since it is a 3D fighter, they might have one of those funky codes where u have miniature characters, wireframe, maybe even big-heads...(although I hope there isn't).

I beg to differ with anyone that says there are more secrets. The only thing I'd hope for is a longer version of the existing fatalities, a second fatality, or a stage fatality per character. If you look at everone's current fatality in MK:DA doesn't it look like they aren't finished.
Extended versions:
Shang Tsung - after all souls have entered his body he should jump off and smirk at his victim
Bo Rai Cho - before jumping on his victim tosses them in the air and meet them to smash them into the ground
Quan Chi - rip the damn head off OR after stretching the neck, slice it with a broadsword
Li Mei - after kicking the head off, kick the falling body and give a sexy pose
Scorpion - after sending his spear through their head before snatching it off, set his rope on fire with his hands only sendig the flame to their skull and burning them while he snatches their head off (A toasty combination fatality)
Sonya - after jumping on their back she instead puts her foot through their body, lifts them in the air and slings them off her foot sending them off the stage
Kenshi - telepathecally sends the pretzel like body into a wall or off stage to finish it off
Mavado - after slinging his body feet first into his victim he grinds both feet into their head to make it even more bloodier
Johnny Cage - throw the brain back at his victim and giving a fighting pose
Sub Zero - hit the boneless victim with their own skeleton to make organs fly everywhere from the body
Kano - rip out the intestines and wrap it around the victim's neck after pulling out the other four organs
Kung Lao - after flipping the hat in the air, instead of returning it to head or back, slice body in half for old MK 2's sake then return to head or back latch
Nitara - bite the neck until the b**ch fall off
Drahmin - torture the victim like your suppose to; he beats the victim senseless only to then finish by bashing their head off
Hsu Hao - after laser slicing the torso off, grab the standing legs and smash them into the crawling upper half
Frost - before knocking the opponent's top half off slice both arms off with daggers, then proceed as before (just to extend it, not the best idea)
Jax - shoot them half to death then stomp on their head
Kitana - no kiss of death at all, she uses her fans to slice her victim into several pieces
Raiden - give an electrifying 10-hit combo before lifting into the air and blowing them up
Reptile - acid gag the whole body and eat it all limb by limb
Cyrax - before grinding the victim up, give audio of the victim's heartbeat for added effect
