I recently ordered Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 5 dvd set from the UK(since they didn't sell it here in the U.S.). I pop it in my dvd player to find out it doesn't work. So I try it on my XBOX, then it said it couldn't play because the region was wrong or something like that. So then I try it on my PS2, still doesn't work, because of the same XBOX reason. So now I have a $59.95 movie that I can't even watch  . If you have any knowledge of my problem and know how to fix it, just post.

Flare, your UK DVD's are region encoded 2 as cheezus said. There is a way to play them on yoru XBOX / PS2 without modification, pick up the product 'DVD REGION X'
Its avalible on PS2 + XBOX.

I just found the region x thing and it says that you need a NTCS compatable t.v. How do you know if the t.v. is compatible or not?
