1ST OF ALL- ELIMINATE:
MOLOCH
LIE MEI
QUAN CHI
MAVADO
AND WORST OF ALL...
BORAICHO
2ND- ADD ALL CHARACTERS I SAID + A SEMI CYBORNETIC FROST AND HACHIMAN
3RD-NO FIGHTING STYLE BULLSHIT JUST A WEAPON STYLE, ABOUT 10-15 SPECIAL MOVES, THE ROUNDHOUSE, SWEEP, UPPERCUT, AND SOME OTHER STUFF LIKE THAT TO ACCOMODATE THE 44 CHARACTERS I SAID
4TH- HAVE STAGE FATALITIES AND 2-3 FATALITIES (DEPENDING ON THE CHARACTER)
5TH- TO USE LESS MEMORY, HAVE A KRYPT WITH 200-300 KOFFINS, BUT MAKE THEM MORE EXPENSIVE(FOR REAL KOOL THING MAKE IT 100,00 KOINS FOR A BETTER CHALLENGE)
6TH-TO VIEW THE THINGS U UNLOCK, SAVE TO A MEMORY CARD AND UPLOAD ON SECOND SPECIAL DISC (HAVE LIKE THE MK MOVIES AND EACH CHARACTERS BIOGRAPHIES, MK GOLD TO UNLOCK, MK1 TO UNLOCK ETC.)
7TH- IF THAT'S TOO MUCH MEMORY, EACH GAME SHOULD COME WITH A MEMORY CARD)
8TH-WHEN U UNLOCK A CHARACTER OR ALTERNATE COSTUME, U DONT HAVE TO LOAD IT TO A SECOND DISC.
9TH-ELIMINATE KONQUEST, AND HAVE A CPU SIMULATOR TRAINING MODE, LIKE IN SUPER SMASH BROS MELEE.
10TH-VIDEO ENDINGS, VIDEO CUTSCENCES
11TH-animalities only

i forgot to add somethin 
kano should be the general of the army
the dragon king should allign with Evil Liu Kang cuz he realizes his powers or sum bullshit like that AND YOU HAVE TO FIGHT BOTH OF THEM PLUS SHAO KAHN AND SHINNOK IN AN ENDURANCE MATCH (U ONLY SHOULD HAVE TO FIGHT EACH ONCE AND YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DIE3X AT EASIEST LEVEL)
Shao Kahn and Shinnok should be ressurescted by (doesnt matter maybe leapor, the oni sorceror i suggested earlier)
shinnok should have a new look (PLEAZ!!!!!! MAYBE A TONED DOWN VERSION OF HIS DEMON FORM FROM MK MYTHOLOGIES)

devin's list of good and evil fighters
good-raiden, fujin, sub zero, kabal, cyrax, sonya, goro aru, scorpion(maybe), phoneix, cybernetic frost, kitana, kai, kung lao, nightwolf, jade, human smoke, stryker, rage, sareena.
evil- liu kang, sindel, ermac, kano, mileena, human drahmin(or quan drahmin) dairou, shao kahn, shinnok, noob saibot, human sektor, rain,baraaka,raven, baphomet, slash,
i have also come up with some new storylines.
Mileena's face can transform from grotesque to pretty because of the sorcery of human drahmin(mileena's ugly face should be revealed in second costume and normal one in first.)
Jade alligns with raiden because kitana is her friend (read bio from mk trilogy)
kenshi is revealed to really be ermac. ermac was really a member of the red dragon before he met shang tsung. he was sent by mavado to infiltrate special forces. he remained evil after mavado's death(see kabal's info)
kabal kills hsu hao and mavado
kano is murdered by sonya. but when he is spotted by leapor, he is revived and enhanced with cybernetic parts. he kills johnny cage and jax.
noob saibot is revived by leapor.

reptile (the dragon kings new general and swarn protector)
irmac a (lost soul risen by shang tsung to assaininate quan chi for betradeing their allience)
rain (now allied with princess kitana to help earths realm against evil)
smoke ( returning and seeking revenge on the lin kuei clan for transfroming him into a cybornetic machine)
kitana (still princess of edenia swarn to protect her race)
jade (after belived to have been killed jade is retuned to her home land of edenia to fight by kitana's side)
mileena (after the fall of shao khan mileena's soul wounderd out world for many years until it could find a body to take over so she can once again be with her beloved baraka)

striff (stykers x parter looking for the killer of his partner)
seth (the dragon kings gate keeper)
solina (a true fan of johnny cage she wants nothing more but to follow his footsteps and be non other then like him)
deron(a new recrut to the black dragon and kanos new partner in crime)
(dragon king) (boss) he is the element of the dragon picture found in the mortal kombat tournment (the mk logo)
