The purpose of this thread is to have a continiously updated checklist/roster of things we want in MK6.
Every board member can post what they feel should be in MK6 and I will update my Post and my Poll regularly with what FANS want.
Post here in regards to:
1. What We Want for MK6
2. Characters we want back, and Characters we don't ever want to see again.
3. Ideas for new Gameplay Features.
4. Console-Specific problems and/or tips. _________________

Characters that MUST Return:
Scorpion
Sub-Zero
Kung Lao
Raiden
Sonya
Mavado
New Characters:
Hachiman: We got to see a sneek peak at him in the Extras section, I would like to see him in the next game as a stealthy, lightning-fast character with deadly attacks.
Some Ethnic Character: A character from another country other then China or America. Possibly from Europe or Arabia, or South America. With fighting styles/weapons that are indigenous to them.
A Powerful Oni: Another character from the NetherRealm, someone who holds power status down there, with moves reminiscent of MK 1-4. Such as teleport punches, stomps, mutations, multiple fireballs, uppercuts. His fatalities have to be just as crazy as him.
Baraka-like Character: A deadly character with Blades coming out of his/her hands as it's primary weapon.
Undead Army Commander: We know that Shang Tsung had to have at least risen 1 of those soldiers back from the dead. Why not Li Mei's? Make the undead soldier into a fighting menace with a long Axe and/or daggers as it's primary weapon.
A New Sub-Boss: A towering Shokan warrior that resembles Kintaro with a Mace and/or Axes as weapons.

An Animalistic/Carnivorous Creature: It should react and attack like an Animal. It has to be powerful, and deadly. Picture Moloch, actually acting like an ape that is angry instead of a retarded Donkey Kong...
New Boss: The Dragon King. A Mutating Beast that takes 4 Rounds to beat and has a nice end sequence that will actually make you want to beat the game again and again to watch the movie. To make it tougher, you only get 2 Health bars, that's it.
The Maybe's:
Drahmin and Quan Chi: If they did Merge, then I guess we need to see the outcome in MK6.
Bo'Rai Cho: Great character, with nice moves, and great potential, he definitely needs to make a return.
Kitana She's most likely going to be the ruler of OutWorld and she might need to defend it again. We need a classic sexy blue costume, and a new battle costume that she would probably wear when commanding Outworld's armies.
Cyrax: Great character, but kind of stale story. Needs his Net back.
Nitara: Lets see what she can do with her new found powers.
The Rejects
Jax-So you've got metal arms?
Johnny Cage-Sorry, didn't make the CUT this time.
Kenshi-Join the 100 member Hero's avenging their ancestors Club.
Shang Tsung-Get any younger and your gonna need diapers.
Kano-Arnold called and wants you to play in the upcoming T3.
Moloch-aka mentally challenged Donkey Kong
Tsu Hao-WWE is scouting for you.
FrostWe already have Sub-Zero, nice try though. Go freeze yourself, and if Sub Zero dies, maybe we can thaw you out...
Possible Returns
Sektor: Hunting down the traitor Cyrax
Stryker: Loner, Rambo-esque character with Guns and Rambo-type Knife as primary weapon.
Smoke: Found way to reverse his robot transformation. Chains with Knives at the End as his weapon.
Gameplay Features
Dazed Fighters: Before a fatality, I think Midway should make the loser, be on the floor instead of in a dazed state. He/Her can be stumbling to get up, while your character prepares them for their death. The winner could lift the loser by his/her neck to their feet, or could finish them off on the ground where they lay.
Fatalities: Great feature with the fatality button, make them brutal and not cartoonish. (No neck stretches please). Also, it would be nice to have a WEAPON-SPECIFIC fatality. I mean that's what deadly weapons are for right?
Level Fatalities: Bring them back! We need a New Pit. Maybe even a level fatality that includes a beast eating the loser. Have fun with this one Midway.
Fighting Engine: Great Fighting Engine, give us some more moves per character, and more special moves. One board member had a great idea. Allow fatalities only for the fighter who can amass a certain amount of...let's call it 'rage' meter. When the bar reaches at a high enough point, you can finish off the loser with a fatality. An option to turn it off wouldn't be bad so fans of the old system wouldn't be offended. Another great addition would be to make combos that incorporate special moves.
Mini-Games: Thanks for bringing them back, Keep them there, and include some new ones too as secrets, bonuses, etc.
Movies: Cut down the movies, and save the memory for nice Video sequences for the characters endings, and maybe even secret endings to show what happenned to some other characters that didn't make the cut in the previous MK games. Such as Kabal, Goro, etc.
Krypt: Koins and Krypts are a good idea, but make the items worth getting. I don't like amassing hundreds of coins and end up getting a little sketch. FYI: You don't have to top the 600+ Krypts in Deadly Alliance! Really...anything over 250 is overkill.

What I want.
Stage fatalities back.
Build on the different fighting styles. Some like wrestling were kinda lacking.
Improved Koffins (great idea, but so much useless crap in them).
Other than that, it's just certain characters, who I've listed in other threads.

Cyrax-Boring and wussy.Sektor owns him.
Liu Kang-Don't ever return turkey boy!And get the Hell out of Kano's body!
Scorpion-I am sick and tired of him.
Movie-style Sonya-Enough!I want the Sonya from MK1 and 3 back!
Kung Lao-Boring.His only cool fatality was the hat split from MK2.He's just as boring as Liu Kang.
Kitana-Very stale,Mileena's much better.
Kenshi-Ermac rip off.Boring story.Another SF member.
Hachiman-Just another guy with a sword.*yawn*like there aren't enough swords already.
Dairou-A bloodthirsty Samourai.Wow how special!We already got two bloodthirsty creatures who are much cooler:Drahmin and Moloch.
Mokap-Worst joke character ever!
Blaze-Cinder wannabe.
Fujin-He horribly sucks.Kill him off.
Kai-Same as above.
Frost-A female Sub-Zero.How original!(sarcasm)
Jarek-Jeez,the MK team must of runned out of ideas when they came up with him.
Oh,and the gameplay in MK:DA rocked.Keep it,but had some more features,like multi-levels like in MK3.Have more fatalities,FMVs,friendships and even more blood than before.Keep Test your might/sight but add new mini games.

Since I missed them before, here are the characters I'd rather not have back.
Jarek- Kano, minus coolness, equals Jarek.
Fujin- Wannabe Kung Lao.
Shinnok- Worst bad guy ever.
Tanya- Boring.
Reiko- Irrelevant.
Cyrax- My worst fighter.
Cyber Smoke- Scorpion and Sektor's secret love child.
Any male ninja after Reptile- Unless they totally change in looks, like Reptile did.
Jax- Very boring. MKDA look sucks too.
Li Mei- Has sex appeal. That's about it.
Hsu Hao- Too basic. Space filler.
Motaro- Good idea gone wrong.
Mokap- WHY?!

i want there to be more fatalites for each character plus stage fatalities. look at the stages in Deadly alliance and see what you could have done. plus if liu kang appears even in cut scenes i will not get the game as he sucked. video endings not text and pictures. _________________ http://RPSComic.cjb.net

I want:
Blood stainded weapons
Clothes that rip
Damage showing on other body parts
Bones that break if sumone blocks 2 much
More throws i.e. Tekken
Multi-leveled stages
Stage fatalities
2 or more fatalities per character
No B.S. in the Koffins
New boss and Sub-boss i.e. Montaro and Shao Khan that r not playable w/o a cheat code
Over 25 playable characters
KI like Ultra Combo
If impaled u bleed 2 death faster
Keep the long fatalities... The longer the better
A tag mode i.e. Marvel Vs. Capcom and Tekken Tag
A tag team fatality, different fatalities depending on the characters u select
Better looking blood
Blood stays on the floor at all times... MK:DA blood disappered after a period of time
And most importantly I want 2 see a fatality that well make me

First off, I think that all of us should stick to the roman numerals that the MK team chooses to use. Instead of MK6, it should be MKVI (sorry for those that don't kno' their roman numerals, learn them). Secondly the fighting system was ok, but I'd take DOA 3's fighting system any day. I don't like DOA3's fighting engine as much as MK:DA's. I think they have a good blueprint down, they just need to expand it, which I fully expect them to do. However, reversals for every character would be nice, but only if it's not as easy to do as it is in DA. _________________ Those were $500 sunglasses, asshole.

Ok... now how do u know that the 6th MK is going 2 use roman numerals? MK3 and MK4 both used numbers not roman numerals, MK:DA didn't even use a number although ppl call it MK5. _________________ I throw my two cents in when its needed...
