Virtua Fighter has always been the tactical type of fighter, that apeals 2 me in some way, I really don't like mashing fighters like Tekken or DOA...

You need to go and rent Virtua Fighter 4, which is the best in the series. Virtua Fighter was the first 3D fighting game. So that's why I think it's better. It was the original 3D fighter.

I have 2 go w/ Tekken... I just always thought that Tekkens characters were better V.F., Although V.F.4 was a damn good fighter, and you could power your character up and save 'em and own n-e-1 that picks a normal person... I just liked Tekken more: the grabs, the fighting styles, the combos... oh yeah can't 4get about King the best wrestler in a fighting game period, He's grab combos rocked in Tekken Tag...

I like VF, though, because it's not a game where you mash buttons. You can pick a character and master them. It gives you a sense of accomplishment, and that's what makes it cool.

i agree with this a game is better if you have to work at it to get good other than smacking the pad and getting lucky. virtua fighter was ones of the first beat-em-ups i really got into(other than mortal kombat)
