Scorpion:
With his harpoon/spear move...
Hapkido - Right hand, Pi Gua - Left Hand
2 steps back before spear or fire - possibly similar system as of old (back, back attack button)?
"Get over here" doesn't sound like it's coming from Scorpion, sadly.
No rope between hand and belt, hand extended before spear moves from belt to hand
Johnny cage - Dragon Tattoo
Great Nunchucku moves
"Shadow kick" prefomed 43 seconds into first trailer, sound and motion but no shadow effect. Done two other times w/o sound.
Rayden looks a lot more mobile than in recent picture w/ Sonya
He has a wicked staff move which causes profuse bleeding from Mavado's face
Bo Rai Cho:
Double flip, Ground stomp - cool moves.
Has a backpack of some sort, looks like a traveller.
Mavado:
Cool Hooksword combo, wierd extendo-claws for movement & moves
Blood dripping not all too realistic - huge drops flow very quickly
Well, not really a proper overview, but those are the things that stuck out for me.

Hey good pic and thanks for that little review I missed a few things that you mentioned.
I did notice Scorpion's spear
I also noticed how clothing moved on the characters such as Raiden and Mavado
