Look at MK:DA--Kenshi killed Shang Tsung, but so did Kung Lao.... but so did Kano....... but Quan Chi killed Kano..... but Kano killed Sonya.....but Mavado killed Kano......
.........but Cage "single-handedly saved the world from the threat of Quan Chi and Shang Tsung's Deadly Alliance."
Meaning Cage, Kenshi, Tsung, Chi, and Kano probably all have fake endings, but Cage probably really did make a movie and make himself the hero. See? So part of it would be true. They CAN'T all be true.

i agree with this because like i have said some characters die in one ending and either dont, are never heard of again or injured in others. so all the endings cant be true its just true to that character and what Midway decides is what goes on what endings are true or are not

We'll find out who from MKDA is dead for sure next game. Going by certain endings, and unpopularity, I think Hsu Hao and Li Mei will be most likely killed off.
Even this death mean the end of MK characters. Johnny Cage, Kano and Kung Lao have been "killed" in the past, only to return with storylines explaining how they're still around.

Actually, Kung Lao neaver died--it said in his ending for MK3, and Liu Kang's MK3 ending that it was only his apparent death. He actually left to lead a peaceful life like his ancestor's believed in. It also said that in his MKGold story. But yeah, Cage and Kano were both gone but brought back with a storyline covering it up.

Most of the endings are true. The only reason some other endings may make others seem false is if you have them in the wrong order. Someone with plenty of time should write up a description of each ending and what happens and then leave it to the rest of us to take that post and juggle it about until you get what you believe to be the correct order of these things happening.
