Since X-Box's controller S is almost an exact copy of the PS2 controller lay-out wise, it's also very adequate. I play MKDA with it and have no problems pulling of any of the combos and successfully compete on hard level with it.

i used that contoller s in my friends house and i found that the buttons were really unresponsive it takes me ages to change stances _________________ http://RPSComic.cjb.net

Maybe it was broken or something? I have no problems at all using it. It might not be as well suited for fight games as the PS2 controller but it's very near it and basicly does the job.

i've noticed that the PS and PS2 controllers are an enhanced version of the former SNES controller. It has one more top button added on each side and the pad isn't as flat as the snes pad(making it fit in your hands easier). It stills has the four buttons and a d-pad set out like it was for the snes.
Back when the old consoles were out I always found the snes pad much better than the mega drive pad. Sony knew which one would be better to model theirselves from.
