when i bought the mk1 test your might picture in the krypt i was gutted to see that that was all it was, i was expecting a playable mk1 test your might, i lv the krypt idea and it should be kept but they should add playable extras in like putting in the whole of mortal kombat I, II or trilogy, or them all. people love playing old games after the new one (well, i do) and i think they should do tht in mk6

i think it owuld be a good idea to have the origional test your might game as an unlockable extra but about the old versions of the other games being unlocked i don't think they would ever do that because i recently read about Ed Boon wanting to to a Mortal Kombat Kollection so if this were to happen why would you give the game away free in another game.(by the way i also like to play the older games after the new ones) _________________ http://RPSComic.cjb.net

The krypt idea was a waste of disc space, a waste of time, and a waste of a making a QUALITY MK. I quit playing MK for the koffins once I got all the characters, their alt. costumes, and every additional stage. I quit playing the game altogether once I beat the game with every character. MK:DA got pointless after that. No "replay value" at all. If they take out the silly ass krypt, create a different or even the old fashion way to get secret/hidden characters, costumes and stages, it'd give the game more replay value and room for more realism, gameplay, graphics, interactive stages, and more fatalities per character. Along with that STAGE FATALITIES!!! It's a must for the next MK. If it lacks that, it's already lost points in my eyes. _________________ I'm back once again......I'm in need of a new avatar......Anyone that may want to help send a PM

I like the Krypt..... I love the game and play it all the time, still. Nothing pleases everybody. Keep the Krypt, but don't make it so you have to unlock EVERYTHING through it. Have some stuff hidden in ways like MKII did. _________________ Those were $500 sunglasses, asshole.

I think the krypt owns. All the information i found out about things like 'Mortal Friday' in Times square ect... Really good stuff. But they need more secrets like JCW said.

First of all, Krypt must be randomized as well as the prices of the koffins - so no guides for you. Second, the content should be drastically improved. When you pay a sum of money, you more or less know what you get for it and there should be no silly surprises. That means, that concpet art, dev. photos and similar stuff should be cheap.
What I liked in the krypt (content wise):
- Unlocking Characters.
- Unlocking Arenas.
- Unlocking characters' bios.
- Unlocking arenas' history.
- Unlocking alternative costumes (make many more of them this time!)
- Unlocking the 'funny' stuff for each character (like the mentioned Sub-Zero's coffee mug). I really liked this idea.
This content should be relatively pricey.
- Concept sketches.
- Character renders.
- Development photos.
- Gameplay ideas.
- Misc. stuff ...
This should be cheap.
They should add some other sort of collectibles related to the characters (like the 'funny' stuff, but more of it) or arenas, something worth unlocking.
2/3 of the krypt should be filled with a worthy content, and the rest is for those little things. Don't do it THAT huge if you don't have the stuff to fill it with. Make it something like 256 koffins this time around ... 16x16, use the binary coding or something ...
Also, include some kind of koins converter, so you're not left with piles of useless koins in the end and fighting for each single Onyx or Platinum koin more (or using some cheating to earn them faster). You can make it like 1:5 ratio. For each Onyx koin, you give 5 Gold koins, or even 1:10, but let me USE those multi-thousand Gold koin stocks fro christ's sake!
These are my ideas on the krypt. The concept is great, just make it more enjoyable for the gamers to nlock things and be sick and tired of earning koins to unlock worthless (almost) things, when you just sit and open one koffin after another, not really looking what's inside and counting how many are still left.

Cool ideas man. Ithink they should drop the test renders, photos of the staf, Screenshotts from previos games and the styles info. Don't need it, If you wanna find put about the styles look em up. _________________

I heard they were gonna have some cryptkeeper guy put in to walk around the krypt with when making selections but problems came up so they didn't put it in. Can't remember what the problems were, probably slowed the krypt down or something.

They couls stil have a crypt keeper, Not walking arond just standing there. There should be two of em one on each side. They should look like grim reapers. And some stone gargolyles would be nice to. Oh and some disebowed body parts and bones lying around.  _________________
