Post subject: Daredevil vs Cradle 2 the Grave |

Obviously, this would seem to be a very strange comparison to make. However, The comparison has nothing to do with story, plot, or even the characters; instead, this comparison concerns fight scenes. And after seeing both Daredevil and Cradle 2 the Grave, I must say that Cradle has far better fight scenes then Daredevil. Yeah, sure, Jet Li is more highly trained in Martial arts and Ben Affleck only had maybe 4 mths training, but so did Keanu Reeves and even his fight scenes in the Matrix were better. Anyway, what makes the fight scenes in Cradle 2 the Grave far superior to the ones in Daredevil is that instead of having the fight scenes shot with extreme close-ups as well being harshly edited, resulting in the fight scenes being difficult to follow, they were rather shot with distance and edited more cleanly so u are able to see the fight and follow the punchs and kicks. Sure Cradle had its fair share of close-ups as well but they werent all over the place and helped u follow the fight scene instead of just confusing u. Basically, what made the fight scenes chaotic in Cradle was the fighters, not the quick cut editing and crazy close ups like in Daredevil. Again, a more fair comparison would have been Knaue Reeves in the Matrix, but the Matrix is a much better movie then Daredevil on all levels, while Cradle to the Grave would be consiedered a lesser movie becuase it did not have a comprehensable plot/story in turn making people forget about the excelent fight scenes.
