If Scorpion and Sub-Zero were to battle again, I'd have to say...
SCORPION RULES!!!
He would have a little trouble against Sub-Zero the 6th, though, because of the Dragon Amulet he wears. That might be the only exception.

Sub-Zero would probably lose for a change, but Sub-Zero the first would kick Scorpion's ass because he is the Sub-Zero that killed him. (by the way, how did the first Sub-Zero die? I forgot the game storyline, not the movie one)

Then I guess the first Sub-Zero wouldn't win unless he could kill him again. That would be cool if Sub-Zero became a spectre of the dead, and rose to fight Scorpion.

Ok. First off, Scorpion has not yet killed the Sub-Zero that killed him. Second, the ONLY reason Scorpion would over come Sub-Zero is because now that he's dead, he posesses unimaginable power. Of course, he doesn't show it. But Scorpion's greatest weapon, fear, can't help him against Sub-Zero, for he has over come that fear. It would be a close match. Scorpion's speed vs Sub-Zero's cunning. Unfortunatly, Scorpion would come out on top. If he really wanted to kill Sub-Zero, all he has to do is teleport behind him and vaporize him. But he is not a murderer.
I may not be the biggest Scorpion and Sub-Zero fan, but I know my MK ninjas. It'd be close, but Scorpion would be the victor (depending on the scenario and settings)

Scorpion is a murderer. He's an assasin. Duh.
What do you mean the first sub-zero didn't kill Scorpion? That's an incredibly obvious fact!
Just look at the MK2 hand book
THought to have been vanguished in the Shaolin tournament, Sub-Zero mysteriously returns.
And, since that Sub-Zero was the 5ths brother, then it means that the 5 got killed and the sixth took his place.
Actually, I'm not gonna bother to tell you everything... I'm actually surprised that you don't know the basic facts of Mortal Kombat.
