Before
Deadly Alliance was corrupted Kitana and Kung Lao fought against Quan Chi and Shang Tsung. Kung Lao and Shang Tsung fought in the Soul Chamber where Scorpian was thrown into. Kitana fought Quan Chi in a equal battle and both fights were very long but then it came to who won. Kitana won her fight but Quan Chi escaped and headed to the netherrealm to hide. Since he had no where else to go. And The Soul Chamber was about to be destroyed because its over limit of power since scorpian was thrown in. Kung Lao and Tsung were still fighting and then when Kung Kao had the chance he sliced Tsungs stomach paralising Shang Tsung. Kung Lao escape and through that time Scorpian was fighting the soul chamber and trying to escape. He came out very damaged. And he saw Shang Tsung and killed him. And escaped. Tsung was killed in the explosion.

When Quan Chi made it to the never realm, he fought since he is co leader he would of been respected but he was attacked and Lucifer came along. Since the soul chamber was destroy he was resurected and all the power went to him. Including Alot of Scorpians Power. Luficer spared Quan Chi but threw him into the pit where he would be tortured for life. Lucifer had ultimate power since he also pocessed Liu Kings Soul. He decided to take over Earths Realm. But he knew that he could not do it on his own so he revived all the dead and powerful warriors e.g. Goro,Shinnok,Shao Kahn etc and put them all under his command. His main henchmen was the revived Liu Kang. Which now is evil. Jax and Sonya blade were killed and later after that Kenshi. Lucifer had a proposal to Rayden. That there will be a mortal kombat. And have to accept it. And if you win I will go back to the never realm and if I win. Your souls will belong to me and also the Earth Realm.
Rayden is forced to accept and the survivors of earth warriors will fight again in mortal kombat.

-Lake Lao = I made him up, Kung Lao's younger brother was revived after the soul chamber was destroyed, he came out as a teenager and was once again trained by KungLao in the art of Shao Lin. When Lake finds out that Goro is alive he searches to find him and kill him. For destroying the Shao Lin group and for killing his brother.
-SubZero = SubZero is no where to be found after dealy alliance and when Lucifer is back he comes back much stronger and helps destroy Lucifer. And he trys to revive Jandrak from being possesed once he finds out he is in the earth realm.
-Once Kitana finds out about Lucifer she ignores it, since she has settled down with a famile. Then she finds out Shao Kahn is back and a group of other strong warriors, she helps out. Because they will need her.
-KungLao = KungLao revives Lake since the soul chamber was destroyed and helps defeat Lucifer in the Mortal Kombat tournument. He also trys to kill Goro for killing him in the mortal kombat generations ago.
-Johnny Cage = Cage fights one more time in Mortal Kombat. He doesn't have much of a role in it.
-Rayden = Rayden decides to fight one more time and then go for the test of being an elder god for the earth realm. But he knows he must stop Lucifer and since he is also up against his father and brother he knows he must help to stop them.
-Lionel = Revided from the Soul Chamber Lionel was once a member of the Lin Kuei. And to bring back the clan he must help and stop Lucifer.
-Micoa = Micoa is half android, half human. He was previously known as cyrax but had biological inputs which made him mostly human. But still has mechanical parts.

Ummmm.... wadda bout the Dragon King? This story line would be best for MK7, instead though Scorpion should escape from the nether realm with all of the other demons once Lucifer opens the portal to Hell. There he must help send Lucifer back that way he can deal with Quan Chi and let his soul rest. that could be Scorpions story line.
